Effective Dec. 11, 4Rivers Equipment is set to expand its service in the Colorado region, as it finalizes the acquisition of three Honnen Equipment locations in Commerce City, Grand Junction and Durango. With this move, 4Rivers Equipment reinforces its commitment to delivering top-tier John Deere services to customers across the state, while further solidifying its position as a leading John Deere construction equipment dealer.

The acquisition unites two companies with deep-rooted legacies in Colorado. 4Rivers Equipment has a history tracing back to 1926 in Holly, Colo., while Honnen Equipment has been an integral part of the Denver community and western Colorado since 1963. Additionally, this acquisition is expected to fuel greater innovation and resourcefulness, enabling an even more comprehensive response to the evolving demands of the industry.
