Bair Products Inc. specializes in after market parts that fit CAT/ASV and undercarriage parts for MTL skid loaders. They will be located in Booth #40312 Central Hall 2.

Larry Lugs

Bolt-on replacement drive lugs for rubber tracks, Larry Lugs extend the life of the track by replacing worn out, cracked or delaminated rubber lugs. Lugs also are re-useable; when the track’s life is done, remove and reinstall on another track. Custom lugs are available for AGG/farming tracks such as Case Quad, John Deere and Cat Challenger.

Hydraulic Rubber Track Removal and Installation Kit

Remove and install rubber tracks faster and easier with hydraulic tools. Tracks are moved into place with a hydraulic cylinder that is powered by a porta-power or simple grease gun. On some machines, the cylinder will pull the drive forward, move tracks into place and push the drive back into place.

Greaseable Alloy Wheels

Heavy duty alloy wheels outlive factory rubber wheels, according to Bair. Alloy wears smooth over time and will not chunk, crack or crevice like rubber. Some wheels are greaseable with a grease fitting installed in the hub for fast and easy lubrication. Alloy wheels can be installed onto factory axles.

Axle Assemblies

Bair axles are greasable/grease filled and completely rebuildable, including the inner steel shaft. They fit Cat 267/277/287, ASV/Terex 85/100/4520/etc. They replace outdated factory oil sealed axles with ball bearings. Idler axles have double stacked, tapered bearings on both ends for extra strength.

Stop Rubber Track Derailments on Compact Track Loaders

Turn single and dual sided factory wheels into triple sided, capturing the track’s cleats at all sides and spreading the track’s cleats out so the idler wheels cannot “walk out of the track”.

Fits Cat 279C/289C/297C/299C and John Deere.

Hydraulic Rubber Track Tensioners

Replace rusted, freezed up, hard to turn factory jack screws with a simple hydraulic cylinder. No modifications needed; remove the old jackscrew and install the new cylinder using the existing bolts. Tracks are tightened and loosened in seconds with a grease gun.
