Crane Warning Systems, located in central Florida, announced a new partnership with ORLACO, providing specialized vision solutions for a wide range of industrialized equipment in some of the toughest applications. The company’s main focus has always been to retrofit new LMI, RCI, as well as crane mounted wireless indicator systems customized for the user. The ORLACO camera system will pair well with new and existing crane indicator systems allowing the user optimal vision customized at all key points. This provides a full range of viewing that is ergonomically enhanced, comfortable and user friendly, according to the company.

For more than 13 years, Crane Warning Systems has been a dealer of Hirschmann/Belden, earning top sales awards five years in a row. Hirschmann/Belden, once known as Kruger, or PAT, has held the leading edge in retrofit crane indicator systems. Crane Warning Systems is dedicated to expanding its product line to include these specialized cameras built by ORLACO.

ORLACO’s U.S. headquarters in Georgia has provided Crane Warning Systems with an opportunity to offer a camera system that is built for the endurance and ruggedness that is expected out in the field. It is now ready to provide camera solutions for any make or model crane.

ORLACO is ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 certified, IS014001, CE Marking-EMC compliant with extended third party testing and added certificates, safeguarding its processes even more effectively and to continue intensifying the focus on quality and costs. These systems operate in temperature ranges of -40 to 185F (-40 to 85C). The cameras use chemically-hardened glass and heated lenses to eliminate condensation and frost, and nitrogen-filled housings for ingress protection. These hand-assembled cameras also are impact and vibration-proof at a rating of 50G’s and have a light sensitivity of .05 lux, which translates to the light of a full moon.

The infrared cameras have the LEDs mounted separate from the lens allowing better light and less distortion while the monitors automatically adjust to the ambient light and offer an integrated sun visor. More specifically, these monitors are protected against induction voltages, load dumps and over/under voltage that could otherwise be harmful to other brand systems. This product line carries a full two-year warranty and is backed up by an extensively knowledgeable staff from the Netherlands, into Canada, and now right here in the USA.
