Five crane operators from Dawes Rigging & Crane Rental, Inc. in Milwaukee, Wis., a member of the ALL Erection & Crane Rental Inc. Family of Companies, were honored by the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association with SC&RA’s 2012 Crane Operator Safety Award for their outstanding safety records of 10,000 consecutive man-hours without a single recordable injury or illness.

Each man also was presented with a special SC&RA safety vest. Beth O’Quinn, SC&RA vice president, said, “Accumulating such a safety record is an impressive accomplishment and is deserving of industry recognition. We hope they will wear their vests with pride in winning such a prestigious honor.”

Dawes’ General Manager, Steve Freckmann, said, “We couldn’t be prouder of these men and their dedication to the safe operation of their machines. They are living the legacy of excellence that the ALL Family of Companies is known for.”
