H-E Parts Distribution, a division of H-E Parts International, will open its first North American call center in Oakwood, Ga., by early September 2014. With this new call center H-E Parts Distribution will expand its ability to stay in touch with an ever growing client base and increase sales of quality aftermarket construction equipment parts to more customers. The new center is expected to add up to 20 new jobs over the next 18 months.

“In anticipation of continued growth and an ever growing client base, we felt the need to add a new concept to our strategy of servicing customers in the United States and Canada. A traditional sales force, while needed for key accounts, is no longer able to touch the growing client base in North America. Acting on this now, with a call center strategically located in Georgia, will serve us well into the future,” said Sloan Brooks, president of H-E Parts Distribution.

With opening the new call center, H-E Parts will initially focus its resources on outbound sales activity. Initial hiring, training and purchasing of resources are under way.
