Hills Machinery Announces Opening of New Facility in Charlotte, N.C.

The new 22,000 sq. ft. facility features eight service bays with the latest equipment diagnostic and service technologies.

Case Construction Equipment dealer Hills Machinery announced the opening of a new facility in Charlotte, N.C.

Located at 11717 Reames Rd., the new 22,000 sq. ft. (2,043.9 sq m) facility features eight service bays with the latest equipment diagnostic and service technologies. The new operation will employ between 15 to 25 people to serve customers in the Charlotte metro area and surrounding communities. The Charlotte operation will feature new, used and rental equipment, as well as heavy equipment services.

“The Charlotte market is dynamic, and our customers work extensively throughout North and South Carolina,” said Jim Hills, dealer principal, Hills Machinery. “Our customers are best served with a strong presence in the area — and accessibility to equipment and service is critical. We’re committed to providing the most comprehensive service in the Carolinas, and this new location helps us achieve that.”

In addition to its headquarters in Columbia, S.C., and its new Charlotte facility, Hills Machinery operates three additional locations in Greenville and Raleigh, N.C., as well as Charleston, S.C. The company employs a total of 70 people at all five locations.
