Kobelco Construction Machinery USA appointed Randy Hall as national sales manager. Hall brings with him to the position more than 35 years of sales experience in the equipment industry and a track record in building and managing key relationships with both equipment dealerships and national accounts. Most recently, Hall spearheaded Kobelco’s efforts in establishing preferred crawler excavator supplier agreements with key national accounts.

In his new role, Hall will manage Kobelco’s team of territory managers covering the United States and Canada, directing all field sales efforts, while continuing to manage national accounts. Hall will assist territory managers in dealer forecasting and inventory suggestions, delivery estimates, preparing price quotes for dealer orders and in dealer training.

“I am excited to take on this enhanced role with Kobelco,” said Hall. “Kobelco excavators have long been well regarded in this industry and the management team of Kobelco Construction Machinery USA has built a top notch sales staff and dealer network over the past year. Starting this role with the commitment of such a strong team will help continue the positive momentum the brand has built since its relaunch last April.”

Hall’s leadership and passion for the industry will help fuel Kobelco’s long-term success.

“Without question, Randy will continue to be an extremely valuable asset to our team,” said Ron Hargrave, vice president of operations, Kobelco Construction Machinery USA. “The respect he has in the industry for his work ethic and dedication to service will be instrumental to growing our market share in the coming years.”
