Miller-Bradford & Risberg, the Case distributor, celebrated the grand opening of its Negaunee facility, 165 U.S. 41 East in Negaunee Township, Mich., on April 26.

A crowd of 275 attended the event, including the presidents of contracting companies, municipal commissioners, state representatives of Michigan, and Mayor of Marquette. The winner of Miller-Bradford & Risberg’s raffle received a Honda EU1000i generator with a retail price of $949.95.

“We had a great time hosting this celebration and were incredibly pleased with the turnout,” said Mike Soley, Jr., president and CEO of Miller-Bradford & Risberg. “Matt Anderson, our branch manager has done an incredible job of overseeing the project and orchestrating the move.”

Attendees enjoyed a lunch of BBQ pulled pork, wings, baked beans and potato salad and had fun checking out the Case equipment on display. Additional raffle prizes at the event included a Sears Tool Kit from Bomag and two $50 Visa gift cards and fifteen goody bags from Werk Brau. All attendees received an MBR hat.

Associated Constructors of Marquette, Mich., served as the general contractor for the construction of the facility, which includes approximately 11,500 sq. ft. with four service bays. The new location offers a full range of services for heavy machinery, including shop and onsite services, on-time parts delivery, rental equipment, and a wide variety of new and used equipment.
