More than 3,200 bidders participated online and in person at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers’ multi-million dollar unreserved public equipment auction in Phoenix, Ariz., on Feb. 26.

Bidders came from more than 45 countries, including 49 U.S. states. Approximately 64 percent of the equipment was sold to out-of-state buyers, from as far away as the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Jordan, Nigeria, Thailand and the Philippines. Online bidders purchased approximately 50 percent of the equipment sold (by dollar value).

The auction featured more than 1,600 equipment items, including 110 plus truck tractors and 50 plus compactors, 20 plus loader backhoes, as well as a large selection of boom and scissor lifts, pickup trucks, van trucks, hydraulic excavators and more.
