The May 2 Myron Bowling Auctioneers’ auction in Middletown, Ohio, drew a large crowd of bidders to the auction site while attracting heavy online bidding as well. The auction was conducted for the closing of the SK Construction Company, a general contractor located in Middletown, Ohio.
The sale included an assortment of construction equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders and paving equipment, as well as the real estate assets of SK Construction Company. Highlights of the auction included a Komatsu PC 300LC excavator that sold for $102,000 and a pair of Cat D5G XL dozers brought in winning bids of $27,500 and $28,000.
