Nearly 1,800 Bidders Participate in Ritchie Bros.’s Multi-Million Dollar Auction

Nearly 1,800 bidders participated online and in person at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers’s multi-million dollar unreserved public equipment auction in Atlanta, Ga., on Dec. 2.

Bidders came from 49 countries, including 47 U.S. states. Approximately 65 percent of the equipment was sold to out-of-state buyers, from as far away as Vietnam, Chile, Egypt, Jordan and Singapore. Online bidders purchased 44 percent of the equipment sold (by dollar value).

The auction featured more than 1,100 equipment items, including more than 180 truck tractors and 80 van trucks, as well as a large selection of excavating equipment, telescopic forklifts, boom lifts, scissorlifts and more. For more information, please visit www.rbauction.com.
