The dealership features an 8,000 sq.-ft. service department with 10 service bays, including a wash bay and a bay dedicated to Kenworth PremierCare ExpressLube and AC preventive maintenance services.
NorCal Kenworth relocated to a newly refurbished facility in Anderson, Calif., that doubled the size of its former location in Redding, Calif.
A member of the Kenworth dealer network of more than 300 locations in the United States and Canada, Kenworth NorCal-Anderson is a full-service, 20,000 sq.-ft. facility located on a 19-acre site less than one-half mi. from Exit 667 (Anderson Deschutes Road/Factory Outlet Drive) on Interstate 5.
The dealership features an 8,000 sq.-ft. service department with 10 service bays, including a wash bay and a bay dedicated to Kenworth PremierCare ExpressLube and AC preventive maintenance services.
The facility is equipped with a 5-ton overhead crane allowing technicians to easily service engines and other heavy components. The dealership also offers a well-stocked parts department.
“The new NorCal Kenworth – Anderson dealership provides excellent access for truckers running up and down Interstate 5,” said Tom Bertolino, NorCal Kenworth dealer principal. “We’ve equipped the dealership with the latest in technology, which allows employees to keep better track of parts inventory and helps provide Kenworth customers with fast and efficient service. The new technology also allows us to offer truck drivers wireless Internet access in the customer lounge so that they can catch up on paperwork while their trucks are being serviced.”
NorCal Kenworth-Anderson is located at 20769 Industry Road near Interstate 5 and about 8 mi. south of Redding. The dealership is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.
The design of the new Anderson location is modeled after the NorCal Kenworth facility in Sacramento, which was completed three years ago. NorCal Kenworth also has locations in Eureka, Gilroy and San Leandro, Calif.
