Workers looking for attachments in the North Carolina area will now find what they need a little closer to home. Effective Aug. 11, R.W. Moore is now an authorized dealer of NPK products.

“NPK has a great reputation in our market place not only for performance but for customer support. Many people make a good product in our industry but what really differentiates a brand is how well they stand behind their product when the inevitable failure occurs,” said Dan Moore, president of R.W. Moore Equipment Company.

“With our neighboring Deere dealers picking up the NPK line as well, we felt like we could be part of a seamless package of support for the new and existing customers of NPK,” Moore added.

NPK’s line, which includes hydraulic hammers, breaker buckets, grapples, crushers and pedestal booms, will be available at R.W. Moore’s locations in Garner, Hope Mills, Greenville, New Bern, Castle Hayne and Ahoskie, N.C.

In addition to these locations, which service more than half of North Carolina, from the Triangle region to the coast, R.W. Moore also has 49 field service vehicles manned by experienced, factory-trained technicians.

Training for the new line has been provided, or is currently scheduled, for all of R.W. Moore’s field sales force, parts personnel and service personnel, according to Moore.
