Rig Source Inc. announced it has selected key personnel for sales and service positions for its Terramac rubber track carrier line.

Joey Giannetto has been appointed service manager. Bobby Dawson will serve as a sales representative for the Terramac RT9. Becky Bludgen accepted an appointment as sales and marketing specialist.

Giannetto will report directly to Mike Crimaldi, president of Rig Source. Dawson and Bludgen will report to Matt Slater, director of sales.

“We are excited to have these three on the Rig Source team. Their combined experience, knowledge and expertise will ensure success to our company and quality service for our customers,” Crimaldi said.

Giannetto, who had held a management position within the heavy equipment industry for the past 10 years, will manage technicians and parts personnel and oversee customer service, warranties, new machine setup and general development for Rig Source’s Terramac RT9.

The RT9 is a multipurpose rubber track crawler carrier manufactured by Rig Source for use in the construction, utility, drilling and pipeline industries. Giannetto also will oversee Rig Source’s rental fleet maintenance.

Dawson comes to Rig Source with more than 10 years of sales experience and will be responsible for RT9 sales and rentals.

Bludgen has 12 years’ experience in sales, consulting, and management. Primarily she will sell and market RSI products and services including the RT9, assisting Slater with day-to-day operations. She also will serve as intermediary between the sales and marketing teams.
