Roland Machinery recently announced two new hires: A.J. Perisho and Bill McNamara.

A.J. Perisho has been appointed the new used equipment manager.

Perisho, who is taking over for Jay Germann, has worked in the industry for 10 years, eight of which he owned a Sandler Training franchise.

The majority of his training has been related to performance improvement in sales, sales management and marketing.

“A.J. brings several years of well-rounded experience in the construction equipment industry to our team, it is the experience we looked for when filling this position. We experienced excellent growth in used equipment sales in the last five years and feel very confident A.J. will lead our used sales to the next level we expect to achieve,” said Melissa Brockhouse, sales administration manager of Roland.

Additionally, Roland Machinery Company has appointed Bill McNamara as its new construction equipment sales manager of its Wisconsin division.

McNamara brings more than 30 years of combined managerial and sales experience to Roland Machinery, having most recently worked as a regional sales manager for a German material handler manufacturer covering the central United States.

He has worked on both the dealer and the manufacturing sides of the industrial equipment business.

As the Wisconsin division construction equipment sales manager, McNamara will be responsible for working with RMC sales team as Roland Machinery continues to improve its position in the market as an industry leader.

“It is an honor joining Roland Machinery Company in Wisconsin. Ultimately, my job is to continue to develop the best construction equipment sales team in Wisconsin and I appreciate the opportunity to do that,” said McNamara.
