Shawn Cheney has been appointed to the position of business line manager of Dynapac RCE in the U.S. The effective date of the assignment was June 30, 2010.
Cheney comes from Volvo (IR) where he has held various management positions for the past 13 years, with distributor development as well as with company owned stores. In that capacity he has worked extensively with road development products. He has a proven track record of delivering results, and has been awarded a number of honors and recognitions during that time, according to the company.
“Shawn’s experience with distributors as well as store channel sales, along with his strong result driven approach, and his open and empowering management styles, makes him uniquely suited to fine-tune and execute our road construction business development plans, and lead the Dynapac business back to a prominent and profitable market position,” said Torbjorn Redaelli, president and general manager, Atlas Copco CMT USA LLC.
Cheney will be located in Commerce City, CO.
