TWC Construction Appoints Kerry Cartmill Senior Project Manager

Cartmill brings with him 30 years construction industry experience, 22 of those in senior executive positions.

TWC Construction Inc. announced that Kerry Cartmill has joined the company as senior manager responsible for project management and client development. Cartmill brings with him 30 years construction industry experience, 22 of those in senior executive positions.

“We are very pleased to announce the addition of Kerry to the TWC team,” said Matthew Ryba, CEO, TWC Construction Inc. “Kerry’s vast experience will be invaluable as we ramp up to begin construction on some of the largest projects southern Nevada has seen in nearly a decade. He will oversee all aspects of the construction process as well new business development.”

Prior to joining TWC Construction, Cartmill most recently served as vice president of operations and marketing of Centennial, Colo.-based Principia Construction. Through the 90s and 2000s he was in Las Vegas and was a partner for OB Construction as well as CEO of Cartmill Rogers Construction.

“I am very proud to be a part of the TWC team and looking forward to the challenges ahead,” said Cartmill. “TWC is one of very few firms in the region with the experience necessary to build projects the scale of the half million square foot structure that broke ground in North Las Vegas [recently] — it is very exciting to be a part of this team.”

TWC Construction Inc. is a general contracting firm specializing in commercial and industrial construction licensed in Nevada, Arizona, California and Utah. The company, which was founded in 1997, has consistently been one of the leading construction firms in southern Nevada as well as one of the first to be LEED certified in the region. It also has constructed some of the largest privately owned solar structures in the state of Nevada.
