The third annual Pa. Gas Expo was held on July 25 adjacent to the Indiana University of Pennsylvania campus at the Kovalchick Convention & Athletic Complex located in Indiana, Pa. Seeking to bring businesses and the public together as an educational and networking event, the Expo was hosted by Renda Broadcasting and the Indiana County Center for Economic Operations and focused on local business opportunities and job creation driven by the area’s development of Marcellus shale gas energy resources.

Featured at the event were a series of informative seminars and workshops covering a range of topics such as emergency and safety management, the latest gas related technology developments, and environmental issues. More than 150 suppliers and service providers were joined by several associations to display and provide information about their equipment, products and supplies.

Attendees included industry professionals, local business people and anyone interested in learning more about shale gas well development and its impact on the community. In conjunction with the Expo, the second Annual Pa. Gas Expo Golf Scramble, hosted by Renda Broadcasting and sponsored by The Reschini Group and IC Light was held at the Chestnut Ridge Golf Resort and Conference Center on July 24..
