For the sixth year in a row, Vermeer Sales & Service, located in Burnsville, Minn., has been awarded Vermeer Corporation’s prestigious Platinum Mark of Excellence award. This award is the highest recognition given to a dealership within the independent, authorized Vermeer Corporation industrial equipment network. The award was presented to the Vermeer store on July 21, 2009.
The Mark of Excellence program is geared toward driving successful business habits, increasing customer and employee satisfaction and tracking relevant business metrics. To be considered for this award, dealerships are scored on parts, service, sales and marketing, and many other categories.
