The ALL Family of Companies announced that Rich Nomanson has been named the new general manager of ALL Carolina Crane & Equipment LLC in Raleigh, N.C. Nomanson has worked for ALL for 19 years — 15 as an operator and the last four as a foreman at the company’s Indiana-based Central Rent-a-Crane Inc.

“Rich is a great fit to lead our growing operations in Raleigh,” said Michael Liptak, president of the ALL Family of Companies. “His many years of experience, his knowledge of our business and this industry will serve him very well in Raleigh. He overachieved when assigned to a lead role at a major customer in Indiana, one that required round-the-clock, on-site service. The hard work impressed everyone, as hard work always does. We congratulate him on his achievement.”

As part of the ALL Family of Companies, Nomanson has spent the last two decades observing, learning and recording the day-in, day-out variances of crane performance. Few crane rental companies fully understand machine “behavior” like ALL does, because very few fleets compare in size and scope, according to the company.

“Knowing the fleet means understanding its value,” said Nomanson. “This has been an important part of my work here. It’s hard to believe it’s been 20 years since I answered the call to work for Central. I’ve had a chance to work with some of the best people and equipment in the industry. I’m thankful for the chance to share the tradition and work ethic I’ve been taught, and will use my experience to maximize the potential of each team member.”

ALL works hard to nurture and support every one of the company’s more than 1500 employees across North America. The company offers regular training on the best equipment available, an excellent benefits package and a solid career growth path. For more than 50 years, ALL has been proud to serve clients and customers who are changing the landscape of the country.
