The transmission has a dripping leak from and unknown source. The hydraulics responded in a limited function check. Some cylinders have dripping leaks, There is also a dripping leak below the operator station from an unknown source. The park and service brakes could not be operationally checked. There is an audible air leak from behind the dash. All tires have tread and sidewall damage.
