Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel Inc., headquartered in Voorhees, NJ, has named Dann Cheney as a sales consultant for southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Cheney brings to Hale Trailer 15 years in the trailer business. Early in his career, he worked as a mechanic in a trailer shop.

With the addition of Cheney and the recent introduction of the BWS tilt tag-a-long trailer to its product lineup, Hale Trailer has positioned itself to service more construction-oriented customers, the company said.

“Hale Trailer is unlike any trailer dealership that I’ve seen,” said Cheney. “They have a strong commitment to servicing their customers and that is why they have more returning customers than any dealership I’ve known.”

Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel Inc. stocks low beds for sale or rent by Talbert, Fontaine Specialized and Trail King. It currently, has more than 70 tag trailers and lowboys in stock, with additional units on order. Hale sells stock and standard units and assists with specifications on custom trailers. Various weight options, such as 35-, 50-, and 55-ton (31.5 t, 45 t and 49.5 t) trailers, also are available.

Hale’s service department has certified welders, painters and hydraulic experts, who specialize in wet line kits, which can help customers operate their low beds according to factory specifications. The company’s parts department is fully stocked and, according to Hale, most parts can be delivered the same day as requested.

In addition to Hale Trailer’s headquarters in Voorhees, NJ, the company has locations in Portland, ME; Allentown, PA; and Baltimore, MD.
