Hayden-Murphy Introduces Its New Hires of Past Year

In honor of its 65th Anniversary, Hayden-Murphy recognizes the dedication of its newest employees. Check out the slideshow below to see all the new team members who came on board over the past year.

Trentin Ludewig is a second-year Intern from DCTC and has a passion for heavy equipment.
Steve Speer has more than 25 years of equipment experience and had worked for one of the largest equipment auction companies in the world for more than 17 years. 
Speer is a leader, enjoys working with customers and being a problem solver.
Josh AsRed, parts representative, meets customers’ requests amidst the technological advancements and associated parts found increasingly more on today’s heavy machinery.
Craig Thrane came to Hayden-Murphy with 20 years of military experience and retail experience.“Hayden-Murphy is the ideal place to work with great customers using small company ethics combined with mechanical aptitude and customer service skills,” said Thrane. “I look forward to each time a customer calls needing assistance with their crane, roller or other heavy equipment.”
Carl Smith has 35 years of experience in shipping and receiving. “I’m glad to be a part of a team,” said Smith.
Becca Urness, service writer of Hayden-Murphy, started working at Hayden-Murphy early in 2022. “I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the service department,” she said.
Raymond Smith’s day-to-day operations include providing various reports for upper management and processing payments. Smith has worked in the accounting field for more than 25 years.
“While I am new to the world of heavy construction equipment, I am very excited for the opportunity to join and learn from such an amazing team,” said Cole Jalivay, sales representative.
Mike Lokowich joined Hayden-Murphy in the spring of 2022. Lokowich said he is excited to apply and develop his experience as a sales representative.
Tim Schmidt has been in the equipment industry for more than 32 years and has a great deal of knowledge of many different equipment lines.
James Boman has been in the equipment industry for more than 24 years, mainly as a mechanic. He has worked on all types of equipment including cranes, railroad equipment, trucks and much more.
