John Lari, sales manager of Hedco Construction Equipment, New York’s authorized Case dealer for parts, sales, service and rentals, located in Castle Hill and Bohemia, NY, recently announced the addition of two new sales service employees.

Gil Goldstein has assumed responsibility of service manager of the Bohemia branch, which represents all of the Nassau and Suffolk parts, sales, service and rentals for Hedco. Goldstein brings 15 years of industry management experience and has a well-rounded knowledge of various equipment.

“Gil’s overall knowledge, experience and customer service skills prove to be a valuable asset to Hedco,” said Lari.”

Dan Gagliano will be the outside product support representative, a new position for Hedco. Gagliano brings 10 years of industry experience in customer service and sales to Hedco. “I prefer to see myself as a customer support representative,” said Gagliano. “This position gives me the advantage of being able to solve problems and answer questions out in the field or on the job site, which will result in less downtime/quick turn-around for the customer.”

Steve Cosgriff, product support manager, Hedco, said: “Dan will also be the contact person for our attachment line. With new and improved attachments being introduced to the industry by Okada, McMillen, Mann and Esco — providing attachments that get the job done right, are built to last and are backed by a strong commitment to service are vital importance to the Hedco philosophy. Here at Hedco, it is our goal to always look for better ways to help our customers succeed. We feel that these are some of the necessary steps we must take to provide to our customers a level of service untouched by the competition.”
