The new Hydrema U.S. Inc. headquarters is located at 4515 Hemmingway Trail, Cumming, Ga.

This summer was busy for the staff of Hydrema U.S. Inc. as they moved the company's headquarters in Alpharetta, Ga., northward to a new purpose-built facility in Cumming, Ga. Cunningham & Associates based in Dawsonville, Ga., was selected as the general contractor for the construction project. The facility, which was built with exposed frontage on major roadway thoroughfare GA400/U.S. 19, was completed on time with minimal construction challenges.

The front portion of the structure features two stories of office/conference room space and a mezzanine, and the remaining two-thirds of the overall square footage to the rear of the facility is devoted to a parts warehouse, machine prep area and shop space.

Company officials said that being in a larger facility allows for enhanced parts stocking capabilities, including the ability to stock large quantities of tires for all Hydrema off-road truck models. The increase in overall acreage of the property provides additional areas for stocking whole goods, including the Hydrema 912HM side-dump off-road truck.
