Somerset, PA (Nov. 9, 2015). J&J Truck Bodies & Trailers, a manufacturer of dump bodies, trailers, tanks and specialty truck equipment, announced the promotion of Joseph F. Caldrone to director of operations. In this capacity, Caldrone will be responsible for directing the activities of the company's operations departments, which include engineering, purchasing, manufacturing and quality.

"Joe has a tremendous amount of 'boots on the ground' manufacturing experience, coupled with good leadership skills and a process-based approach to management. I look forward to working closely with Joe as he begins enhancing our operations processes," said Michael Riggs, senior vice president of the company. Caldrone has been with the company 21 years. Starting as a machinist, he steadily advanced through the company based on his work ethic, leadership skills, and passion for building high quality equipment.
