JESCO expanded its product offerings with the addition of Doppstadt products. JESCO will now sell, rent and service Doppstadt’s full line of volume reduction and screening equipment in its New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland locations.

“We are proud to welcome JESCO to our dealer network,” said Tom Jordan, regional sales manager of DoppstadtUS. “They are experienced in the equipment industry with over 40 years in business, and will provide Doppstadt customers with extensive knowledge and service.”

JESCO will carry the complete line of Doppstadt DW slow speed shredders, which feature a solid steel shaft with bolt-on teeth, providing durability for the toughest of jobs. Other standard features include a user-adjusted, breakaway shredding comb, providing an escape for harmful materials and eliminating the possibility of costly damage and downtime. Doppstadt shredders are equipped with fuel efficient, Mercedes Benz diesel engines, typically consuming only 8 to 10 gallons per hour. The powerful and versatile Doppstadt shredders can be used in a variety of challenging applications such as processing highly contaminated C&D debris to the primary reduction of bulky land-clearing waste as well as quick processing of MSW waste.

Along with Doppstadt’s shredders, JESCO will offer the versatile AK Series grinders, ideal for processing dimensional lumber and green waste. All units offer Mercedes Benz diesel engines. Doppstadt’s high speed grinders have fuel efficiency and a one-piece, changeable sizing screen ensuring flexibility in every job. All units feature a remote control for safe and easy operation.

Doppstadt’s SM trommel series provides users with efficient screening performance and a vast amount of capabilities in applications such as screening top soil, mulch, C&D, prep and separation of MSW waste, as well as screening scrap and aggregate materials. Each model contains a standard screening drum that is easily replaced in under 15 minutes allowing the end-user to adjust to varying product sizes. A star screen insert drum replacement option is available, which is ideal for screening material with high moisture content and where high production rates are required, according to the manufacturer.

Doppstadt’s equipment line also includes sorting stations suitable for the recycling industry, whole tree chippers and stationary systems for large amounts of material processing, all of which JESCO will now carry.

“We are pleased to expand our equipment offerings into the recycling industry with the addition of the Doppstadt line,” said Jon Robustelli, president of JESCO. “Doppstadt manufactures top of the line products providing economical features and maximum performance that our customers demand for their C&D, wood waste and compost processing jobs.”

Based in Avon, Ohio, DoppstadtUS offers a broad range of solutions for most any material processing and handling need, from slow-speed shredding and high-speed grinding, to screening, sorting and chipping.
