Stronger Hydraulics: Five-Way Adjustable, Triple Duty-Capable
With five hydraulic presets available for the operator to choose via an in-cab control, the SVL95-2s, when equipped with the optional high flow, is ideal for jobs that require running more than a single attachment. At the heart of the SVL95-2s is its new, more powerful high flow hydraulic system, which can be programmed and instantly adjusted at the push of a button to adjust flow rates from as little as 5 to as much as 40 gal. (19 to 151 Lpm) per minute — a 19-percent improvement over previous models — and at line pressures of 3,553 PSI.
Operators can utilize up to three hydraulic circuits in parallel, which control the loader, the bucket and an auxiliary device such as an auger or drill, making the SVL95-2s capable of performing all three functions at once without sacrificing performance. With bucket breakout force of 7,961 lbs. and a vertical lift designed to deliver a reach of 40.7 in. (103 cm), the SVL95-2s provides outstanding performance and productivity, and will prove to be an accomplished and versatile workhorse that's at home on a variety of job sites, according to the manufacturer.
CRS Diesel Engine: Powerful and Fuel Efficient
Powering the SVL95-2s is a turbocharged, liquid-cooled, four-cylinder diesel engine with a common rail system (CRS). In tandem with exhaust gas recirculation (EGR), a diesel particulate filter (DPF), and a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system, the CRS enables the engine to produce 96.4 gross horsepower while adhering to Final Tier IV emissions standards. The engine's performance is matched by its fuel economy; with a 28.8-gal. (109 L) fuel tank and a 5-gal. diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank, the SVL95-2s can run a full eight to 10 hour workday without needing to refuel and a four to five day workweek before a DEF tank refill is needed.
Interior: Convenient Hand/Dial Throttle Control, Radio-Ready Electronics
Inside the cab, the SVL95-2s offers a plethora of new comfort and convenience features including push-button control for the optional high flow hydraulics and a high-back suspension seat that provides enhanced support while minimizing fatigue on long workdays. A wider entrance makes entering and exiting the cab easier, and the hand/dial throttle control is optimal for jobs where constant engine speeds are necessary, such as when trenching or snow-blowing.
The interior of the SVL95-2s, when ordered with a cab enclosure, also comes radio-ready — prewired from the factory and equipped with an antenna, speakers and mounting bracket. In addition, the unit is 6 in. (15 cm) longer and thus the radiator fan has been relocated further back to the rear of the vehicle, greatly reducing interior noise.
