The Montabert V32 heavy-range hydraulic breaker features automatic variable-speed technology that senses changes in material hardness, adjusting impact energy and striking rate to maximize productivity in excavation, demolition and quarrying applications.

Designed for use with excavators weighing between 39,700 and 66,150 pounds, the 3,408-pound hydraulic breaker offers 15 speed variations, delivering between 400 and 1,050 blows per minute. For optimal breaking power, the V32 requires a hydraulic flow rate of between 31 3/4 and 45 gallons per minute and is rated within the 5,000 foot-pound impact energy class.

Standard features of the V32 include a unique progressive start system that prevents slipping by creating a niche in the material before full power is applied. A blank-fire protection system reduces harmful metal-to-metal contact for extended breaker life, and an energy recovery system recycles recoil energy to increase strike power.

The V32 hydraulic breaker is equipped with an automatic lubrication system for continuous grease flow, ensuring full functionality and reduced bushing and tool wear. The fully enclosed heavy-duty cradle minimizes breaker noise and vibration to the carrier while protecting breaker components from dust and debris. An optional air pressurization kit is available for underwater applications.
