The National Demolition Association will hold its 2007 and 2008 conventions in Las Vegas. Both will be held at The Mirage Hotel and Casino.

The date of the next gathering is April 1 to 4, 2007. The convention the following year is scheduled for Feb. 24 to 27, 2008, to immediately precede ConExpo-Con/AGG, also to be held in Las Vegas.

The National Demolition Association, formerly the National Association of Demolition Contractors, is a non-profit trade organization representing approximately 1,000 U.S. and Canadian companies and many international firms that are involved in the demolition process. This process may involve demolition contracting, general contracting, civil engineering, and recycling, landfill and salvage operations.

The association’s efforts help members stay abreast of regulatory and safety matters, keep regulators informed about issues facing the industry, increase public awareness, and provide members with networking opportunities and information on the latest technical advances in equipment and services.
