Richmond-Area Contractors Attend Carter GPS Demo Day

Carter Machinery Co., in conjunction with Spectra I.S., recently held a demo day showcasing the GPS capabilities on Spectra’s equipment for Richmond-area contractors.

Approximately 70 guests attended the event, which was held at the Field Day of the Past site. The day’s activities included a BBQ lunch and the opportunity to run any machines on the site, which included 303.5C CR and 320D excavators, two D6K dozers and two 12M motorgraders. Each of the demo machines were equipped with state-of-the-art GPS technology.

Guests also could visit the make-shift theater room to watch computer demonstrations of the new technology.
