Stafford, Reliable Introduce Liebherr to Product Lines

Liebherr Construction Equipment Co., of Newport News, VA, has announced the addition of Stafford Tractor Co., of Lawrenceville, GA, and Reliable Tractor Inc., of Tifton, GA, as full-line distributors to the Liebherr Construction Dealer Network for the state of Georgia.

The long-standing customer relationships and outstanding business reputation that both Stafford Tractor Co. and Reliable Tractor Inc. possess were definite considerations involved in Liebherr’s decision, according to the company.

DeNean Stafford is president and owner of both companies, while David Crockett serves as vice president and general manager of retail operations for both. Dick Kelly serves as general manager of Stafford Tractor Co.

Offices for Stafford Tractor Co. are located in Lawrenceville, and Reliable Tractor Inc. has dealerships in Tifton, Douglas and Valdosta, GA.

Liebherr manufactures Litronic excavators specifically designed for the municipal and heavy construction industry with operating weights from 28,000 to 264,550 lbs. (12,700 to 119,998 kgs).

The Litronic feature on Liebherr excavators refers to the intelligent electronic and functional hydraulics, which control, regulate, coordinate and monitor all key components of all travel and work functions.

In addition to the excavator line, Liebherr also has a range of hydrostatic bull dozers and crawler loaders for the construction industry.
