Silva previously held the title of general manager at the Concord, N.H., branch location while also overseeing the construction division. He has been a part of the Northland JCB family for two years but has a total of 25 years of experience in the industry. Silva will spend his time growing the construction division, which includes JCB, Avant and Vibroscreen.
