Curry Supply Company Announces Three New Personnel Additions

Curry Supply Co. announced the recent additions of John Roseberry, Stephen McConnell and Tom Catalano.

Roseberry joined the company as information technology director. He is responsible for the design, development, implementation, support and management of the company's computer-based information systems and staff.

Roseberry has more than 25 years of working with business information systems, most recently as development services manager with a computer corporation where he managed developers, analyzed market trends and coordinated sales and technical development efforts. He also brings systems analysis and design, engineering, programming and operations experience to the role.

“John is a great addition to our team,” said Mike Ritchey, Curry Supply principal partner. “His experience with developing business processes and driving systems improvement will keep Curry Supply on the leading edge of information technology.”

McConnell joined Curry Supply as quality control manager and ISO controller. He is responsible for the overall quality of the Curry Supply products delivered to their customers.

As part of Curry Supply's extensive quality control process, McConnell will be inspecting and testing all elements of assembly to final product delivery. The control process includes calibration, hydraulics, crane and hoists, welding, cosmetics of surface and paint finish, overall appearance and general functionality of operation.

McConnell joins Curry Supply with more than 20 years of quality control manufacturing experience in the defense industries, working on supplier quality and process improvement.


He also is a military veteran.

He has Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certifications; is an AS9100 and ISO9001 certified internal auditor; has trained work forces in Lean/Sigma, ESD & Haz-Mat communications; and also has AutoCAD experience.

“While Curry Supply has always adhered to the highest quality standards, having Stephen with us raises the bar even higher,” said Dave Beach, Curry Supply director of operations. “There is little margin of error in the Aerospace defense industry, and Stephen's experience in that industry ensures that every product we ship will have been tested to the highest quality control standards possible.”

Catalano joined Curry Supply as director of marketing. He is responsible for marketing strategy, advertising and promoting the Curry Supply brand through all available channels.

The majority of his career has been spent directing B2B marketing and advertising campaigns for Caterpillar Inc. and two different Caterpillar heavy equipment dealers in Oregon and Illinois. Most recently, Catalano was the marketing and advertising channel manager of New Holland — CNH, a leading agricultural equipment manufacturer in New Holland, Pa. Prior to that, Catalano was the director of marketing of the Health & Safety Institute in Eugene, Ore.

Catalano is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
