McClung-Logan Equipment Company Names Mike Smith Vice President of Sales

McClung-Logan Equipment Company has announced the appointment of Mike Smith to the position of vice president of sales.

Smith began his career at McClung-Logan in 1992 as a sales manager covering the northern Virginia region. During his tenure with the company, he has served in positions of increasing responsibility and strategic influence, including branch manager and area manager — where he oversaw sales personnel across the company's six Virginia branch locations.

In his new role, Smith will have direct responsibility for all McClung-Logan sales representatives and serve as the key point of contact for the company's equipment manufacturers. Smith will report to company President Darrin Brown.

“Mike has been an integral part of McClung-Logan's success over the past two decades,” said Brown. “His exceptional sales and leadership skills have helped to shape the sales force and his strategic vision will effectively position us for continued sales growth.”

Prior to joining McClung-Logan, Smith held key sales positions with equipment dealers, Virginia Tractor Company and Furnival as well as with contractor DH Becker.
