Construction Equipment Guide

Gradall Industries Inc. is introducing three new series of Vacall AllJetVac combination sewer cleaners. Each of the new models is equipped with jetting action and vacuum power to open clogged sewer lines and perform needed maintenance.

P Series models have a strong positive displacement blower system for high performance and reliability. This series features a hose reel in the front with an optional axial pivot for multi-directional productivity. There are no pin-alignment problems due to a dual latching system.

F Series models are high-performance combination sewer cleaners with a three-stage fan system that does not require a second engine to deliver enhanced vacuum performance. The vacuum and jetting system allows municipalities and contractors to cost-effectively remove debris. The AJV-F series models also are equipped with a front-mount hose reel.

R Series models are high-performance combination sewer cleaners with a rear-mounted hose reel and boom. The telescoping boom also is at the rear of the chassis for operators who prefer to work away from the engine. The rear hose reel delivers jetting action in any direction with an optional axial pivoting base.

All are built with an oval-shaped rugged debris body, with cylindrical sides, designed for extra strength and efficient material dumping. Water tanks fabricated from aircraft-quality aluminum are mounted high on the chassis, reducing damage from debris. Optional galvanized debris bodies and water tanks carry lifetime warranties.

An intelligent new AllSmartFlow CAN bus control system has a programmable LCD display that monitors engine, water-flow and vacuum performance while allowing for more precise boom and reel movements. All of the models also have rugged telescopic booms, productive filtration systems and integrate a simple rear tailgate designed for fast, efficient dumping, according to the manufacturer.

To customize the models for specific applications and preferences, contractors and municipalities can choose decant valves, cold water recirculation system, backup hose reel hydraulics, and multiple blower and water pump choices including a proprietary 85 pgm/2,000psi water pump with 30-minute run-dry guarantee. Debris tank capacities are offered in 6-, 8-, 10- and 12-cu. yds. Water tank capacities include 1,000, 1,200 and 1,500 gal. (3,785, 4,542 and 5,678 L).

Vacall products, wholly owned by the Alamo Group, are designed, built and supported by Gradall Industries Inc., with processes that meet ISO 9001 standards.
