At Vermeer Corporation’s dealer year-end meeting that was held in early December 2009 at Vermeer’s headquarters in Pella, Iowa, Vermeer Sales & Service was presented with multiple awards.

Vermeer Sales & Service of Minnesota and North Dakota was recognized as a Platinum Dealer for the sixth year in a row — which is the most consecutive years of a dealership receiving the Platinum Dealer Award in Vermeer’s history.

In addition, they were presented with the Top Dealer Award for Utility Equipment and Parts and Service.

They also were recognized for their 20 years as a Vermeer dealer.

“We are very pleased to have a premier organization like Vermeer Sales & Service of Minnesota within our worldwide dealership network. The Platinum Dealer award is the most prestigious honor we can bestow on a dealership. It symbolizes organizations that work as a team to make certain customers are taken care of in every way,” said Mary Andringa, president and Co-CEO of Vermeer Corporation.

“We appreciate the efforts of Vermeer Sales & Service of Minnesota in the work they do in sales, parts, service and administration to be sure they are taking care of customer needs. In challenging economic times, it is more important than ever to have our dealerships walking alongside our customers with superb support. We congratulate all the employees on a job well done,” Andringa added.

“Vermeer Sales & Service is unique to any other Vermeer dealership in that the Burnsville, Minn., store serves as the main location, but works closely with RDO Equipment Co. [Vermeer Sales & Service’s parent company] stores to ensure our customers receive the best possible parts and service of any of our competitors in our Vermeer territory.”
