ADMAR, an independently owned construction equipment rental and sales company in New York state and northern Pennsylvania, recently celebrated the one-year anniversary of its location in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Pa., area.?

Pittston, Pa., is home to the first ADMAR location in Pennsylvania and was the company’s first venture outside of New York state. In November 2013, ADMAR expanded further into Pennsylvania with another branch in Erie.

The newly renovated branch more than tripled its showroom size and added both sales and service staff over the past year. The upgraded facility makes it possible for ADMAR to continue its mission to provide superior customer service and the highest-quality construction equipment sales and rental products, along with service and parts. ADMAR also has increased inventory in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, including brands such as Wacker Neuson and Stihl, due to its success over the past year.

“The growth we have seen as a branch over the past year has been thrilling,” said Ed Cologie, Wilkes-Barre branch manager. “Starting a branch in a new region brings exciting challenges, and we are grateful for this past year’s success. We intend to maintain our commitment to bring our quality products and customer service to the northern Pennsylvania area for years to come.”

ADMAR’s expansion and growth in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area paved the way for the additional location in Erie and opened the door to future expansion plans even farther beyond New York and Pennsylvania.
