Pete Karis of Metro Motors, Lyons, Ill., provided the equipment hauling services for Alex Lyon & Son’s Florida auctions.

Bidders were busy calling, calculating and collaborating when the artics were being auctioned off.

Alex Lyon & Son led off the Florida Auctions with a nine-day sale in Kissimmee, Fla. The sale began on Jan. 25 and ended on Feb. 5.

During the auctions — Alex Lyon & Son's 24th annual Florida sale — a wide variety of equipment went on the block with each day featuring more than 1,000 lots of equipment.—CEG
