Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA), a manufacturer of forklifts under the Cat lift trucks, Mitsubishi forklift trucks and Jungheinrich brands, has recognized Altorfer Inc., based in Davenport, Iowa, as a 2014 Dealer of Excellence. Altorfer received this honor for its dedication to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction and support in its sales and service in 2013. This is the sixth time Altorfer has received this recognition since 2005.
