Archer Western and AMLI Residential achieved a construction milestone and performed its final concrete pour atop AMLI Fountain Place, a new residential high-rise on the north side of downtown Dallas. The new 45-story apartment community resides next to the highly regarded Fountain Place, designed by the late, famed architect I.M. Pei.

The new AMLI Fountain Place stands 562 ft. tall and will contain 367 luxury high-end apartment units averaging 1,250 sq. ft. Designed by Page Sutherland Page, the tower serves as a complement to its neighbor and features a reflective green glass facade, floor-to-ceiling windows, unique layouts, plus an expansive roof deck.

A topping out ceremony was attended by project leaders to commemorate the milestone and observe as the tower crane hoisted the project's final bucket of concrete.

AMLI Fountain Place is the tallest building to be constructed in downtown Dallas in more than 30 years, and construction is anticipated to be complete in early 2020.
