Nortrax Inc. has announced the appointment of Jessica Carpenter to parts manager for its operations in Richmond and London, Ky.

Carpenter has worked in the heavy equipment industry for the past eight years in product support. In this new position, Carpenter will be responsible for all parts operations and parts personnel at these two Nortrax locations.

“We are fortunate to have Jessica join our team,” said the store’s general manager, Brad Butler. “Along with her great experience, she possesses a very positive attitude and passion for customer satisfaction.”

The Richmond and London, Ky., stores are part of the four Kentucky John Deere construction and forestry dealerships that Nortrax acquired in early 2013. Nortrax has made investments into the operations and all locations now have access to the vast inventory of new, used and rental equipment in addition to state-of-the art product support programs.
