Conley Lott Nichols (CLN) announced three new positions with the company to better serve its customers’ needs.

Ken Peterson has been hired as the municipal sales specialist to work directly with government entities and municipalities. Peterson brings 25 years of sales experience to the industry, where he most recently was self-employed in the industrial supply business.

Sales representative for western Ft. Worth, Guy Brown, was promoted to paving sales manager for all heavy equipment in the D/FW, San Antonio and Longview areas. His new position will include working with all paving, asphalt and concrete equipment contractors, as well as governmental agencies.

Elvin Sewell, formerly the Dallas store branch manager, has taken on a new position as the Bobcat rental manager for all rental divisions of CLN. This position will allow Sewell to utilize his years of rental experience as he takes on this challenging, yet exciting position. His key duties will include supervising a dedicated staff and overseeing the various aspects of the rental division.

The promotions and new positions are a welcome addition to CLN, providing support, promoting the full divisions of the company and impacting the areas they serve with better customer care.

Since 1936, Conley Lott Nichols has provided the machines and equipment that helped build roads, airport runways and highways.

Headquartered in Irving, TX, Conley Lott Nichols is a dealer of premium, brand name construction machinery and products. CLN has long been an integral part of construction in Texas and the D/FW Metroplex.

The CLN product lines are arranged into four distinct divisions, each with its own sales force: paving, Bobcat, aggregate processing (MPS Machinery) and Montana Tractors.

CLN acquired MPS Machinery in 2003 to add aggregate processing to its equipment product offerings.

In 2005, CLN launched its Montana Tractor division to focus on the growing compact and utility tractor market.
