More than 480 tickets were sold to this huge networking event. Bob Baish’s cooking crew of 42 volunteer helped prepare the steaks. Guests enjoy their food during the steak fry. Rain and cloudy skies cleared up just in time for guests to enjoy the day. The Contractors Association presented The American Cancer Society with a check for $2,000 that was raised from this event and from the golf outing that was held in June. The winners of the bean bag toss were Dan Gabrisko and Brian Leuck of Railworks.  They received cash, trophies and, most importantly,  bragging rights.

The Contractors Association of Will & Grundy Counties held its annual Steak Fry on Aug. 23rd at the St. Joseph’s Park in Joliet.

More than 480 tickets were sold to this huge networking event. “The rain was heavy in the morning, however, about the time all the volunteers showed up the clouds disappeared and by the time the guests arrived the weather was awesome,” said Steak Fry Chairman Randy Alberico.

The winners of the bean bag toss were Dan Gabrisko and Brian Leuck of Railworks. They received cash, trophies and, most importantly, bragging rights.
