More than 500 people attended the annual Hamburger Day event of Water Store Inc., the Tulsa-based supplier of garden equipment, irrigation systems, landscape lighting and industrial pumps.

For Hamburger Day 2005, the 21st installment of this special luncheon for customers, Water Store owner James Moore called upon his friends at Ditch Witch of Tulsa to give the event a little extra flavor.

Hamburger Day 2005, held on May 13 at Ditch Witch of Tulsa, was a “rousing success,” according to Moore.

“The festive atmosphere, nice weather, and the outstanding hospitality exhibited by Ditch Witch of Tulsa made this a day to remember,” said Moore. “We sincerely appreciate the efforts of Gary Bridwell and his staff at Ditch Witch of Tulsa for making the lawn area beautiful and for creating additional parking just for the event.

“The customers that Water Store and Ditch Witch have in common look forward to this event every year and continue to express their appreciation for this annual event,” he added.

Prize drawings were held throughout the event.

The Ditch Witch organization specializes in the design and manufacture of high-quality underground construction equipment. The company is a one-stop source for trenchers, vibratory plows, pneumatic piercing tools, backhoes, electronic tracking and locating tools, vacuum excavation systems, excavator-tool carriers, mini excavators and mini-skid steers.
