The Doosan Portable Power brand video recently received high honors, garnering a Silver ADDY Award for Burke Communications in the 2012 American Advertising Federation (AAF) awards competition of AAF Charlotte.

The video, featuring the Doosan brand, was created in 2011 to introduce the company’s global transition to new Doosan machine branding. Today, the entire line of Doosan Portable Power equipment — including portable air compressors, mobile generators, portable light towers, and light compaction equipment — carries Doosan machine branding.

The Silver ADDY for video work was awarded in the Elements of Advertising category for special effects. As an award winner, the Doosan Portable Power video competed for additional honors in the AAF District-level competition.

The annual ADDY Award competition recognizes creative excellence in the art of advertising, and the competition is the largest and most representative in the advertising industry. More than 60,000 entries are submitted across the United States in local ADDY competitions.

Earlier in 2012, the Doosan Brand video was the winner of a platinum 2011 MarCom Award from the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals (AMCP).
