The dealer territory of Liftech Equipment Companies has been expanded to include 10 additional counties in the central New York region. The expansion includes the New York counties of Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Madison, Onondaga, Oswego, Seneca, Tioga and Tompkins. Liftech Equipment Companies has represented Doosan Portable Power in western New York through its Lancaster and Rochester branches since April of 2010 and was awarded the new territory based on its achievement of service and customer response in these branches.

“The expansion allows us to better serve these 10 New York counties with parts, service, rental and sales of Doosan Portable Power equipment for our industrial and construction equipment customers,” said Bruce Prashaw, general manager of construction equipment of Liftech Equipment Companies. “We stock the parts they need for Doosan Portable Power compressors and generators. We also offer the full line of new equipment models for sale or rental.”

The Doosan Portable Power line of products — formerly branded as Ingersoll Rand — offered by Liftech Equipment Companies includes air compressors, generators, lighting systems and light compaction equipment. The company also offers new and used sales of construction and industrial equipment, fleet management solutions, parts distribution, training and service offerings to a wide variety of industries.

“Liftech Equipment Companies has an outstanding reputation and is a company whose standards of quality and business integrity aligns well with those of Doosan Portable Power,” said Rita Moore, director of sales, North America, of Doosan Portable Power.

“We look forward to the additional synergy while helping them grow further by expanding this area of their business into these additional counties.”
