The G.W. Van Keppel Co. held an Etnyre technician training seminar Dec. 15 at its Kansas City, Kan., location. The seminar, led by Etnyre employees Brian Horner and Jeff Hitchcock, covered topics such as operations, handling oils, general trouble shooting, safety, calibration, and maintenance for Etnyre oil distributors and chip spreaders.

The seminar brought interest over various counties and cities across the Kansas City area and attracted more than 100 attendees. An oil distributor and chip spreader were on site for attendees to examine.

Van Keppel plans on having more training events for 2012.

In addition to the recent seminar, G.W. Van Keppel Company announced the addition of Jeff Oehlschlaeger to its team as territory sales manager. Oehlschlaeger has 17 years of construction industry experience.
