Nearly 490 customers, manufacturer representatives, employees, neighboring businesses and H&E Equipment Services executives attended H&E's Greenville, S.C., grand opening celebration.

A total of 22 equipment manufacturers participated and displayed/demoed their latest in equipment and innovation, including Doosan, Yanmar, National Crane, JLG, Genie, Skyjack, Multiquip, Wacker and Atlas Copco, among others.

Jason Burgess, H&E Greenville branch manager said, “As the Greenville economy returns to pre-recession business levels, and customers demand more from their equipment source, we are excited to open our new and improved facility in Greer, S.C. The timing could not be better for us and our customers as we expand and meet their growing needs. Our new facility is much larger in every area, including rentals, sales, parts and service. It was our pleasure to showcase our expanded capabilities at our grand opening celebration.”

The new 19,125 sq. ft. (1,776 sq m) facility sits on five acres, with office space, a parts warehouse, large yard area and an eight-bay repair shop that includes two, 5-ton (4.5 t) overhead cranes. The facility is capable of repairing a variety of machines from compact construction equipment to large earthmoving units.

H&E offers construction and industrial equipment rentals, along with new and used equipment sales. Its fleet includes 449 units in Greenville, 931 in South Carolina and more than 27,000 nationwide.

The company is a full-service dealer for Manufacturers, including Doosan, National Crane, Yanmar earthmoving, Okada attachments, Genie, JLG, Skyjack aerial lifts, Skytrak forklifts, Atlas Copco, Gehl, Magnum, Miller, Multiquip, Wacker and more.

H&E Equipment Services offers the support its service team and can perform minor and major repair for most makes and models. In addition, the company's branches offer parts for most makes and models with 82,000 line items available.
