Harley Joins Paladin Brands

Paladin has acquired Harley as its 12th brand to join the company’s extensive portfolio of attachment products.

The Harley organization will join Paladin’s Light Construction Group effective immediately.

Harley manufactures a broad family of power rakes for application in site development, landscaping and nursery markets. Its attachments are designed for skid steers, utility and compact tractors and mini equipment and are sold and distributed through dealers, distributors and major OEM customers.

Harley products are produced in the company’s manufacturing facilities located in Jamestown, ND, and Clarissa, MN.

With the acquisition, Paladin has announced the appointment of Kim Lunde to the new position of manager, Harley. Lunde will report to Marty Sullivan, vice president and general manager of Light Construction.

Mac McPherson will continue to be associated with the company in an advisory position on a part-time basis. McPherson also will serve in a leadership role in the Cherrington organization, which will continue to be owned by the McPherson family. McPherson and Harley’s management team will continue to reside at the company’s offices in Jamestown, ND.

Paladin retained all Harley associates and with Paladin’s four brand teams –– including Light, Heavy, Utility and Demolition/Recycling/Forestry –– now have more than 1,400 associates located in 16 facilities located throughout North America.
